Questions people actually ask
Will it post to my accounts without me?
No. PLGN has no publishing access to anything. A draft sits on your board until you date it and mark it published yourself. There is no setting that changes this.
I don't know what MCP is. Is that a problem?
No. It is the way Claude and similar apps connect to outside tools. You copy one link from your settings and paste it into your AI's connector list — the same motion as adding an app. Nothing to install, no code.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
You need an AI client that supports connectors — paid or free. PLGN is the socket, not the AI: it holds the brand memory, the constraints, and the calendar your AI reads from.
Who can see my brand data?
Only the people you invite to your workspace. Every query is pinned to your workspace before it runs, and your Cloudinary and model keys are encrypted, write-only, and never sent back to your browser once saved.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
Your plan expires at the end of the period you paid for. Brands past your new limit become read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you keep your images — they were always in your own Cloudinary account.
