The terms you agree to when you use PLGN.

What PLGN is

PLGN is a marketing workspace and an MCP server that your own AI assistant connects to. It drafts posts, generates images, and proposes a schedule; you review, edit, and approve everything. PLGN never publishes anything on your behalf without your action.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for everything done under your login. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. Tell us promptly at the support address below if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into PLGN and the content your assistant drafts for you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so the service can work for you.

You are responsible for what you publish. You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload, and that your content and its publication do not break the law or the rules of the social networks you post to.

AI-generated material

Drafts and images produced with AI can be inaccurate or unsuitable, and similar output may be generated for other users. Review everything before you publish it. PLGN is a tool for producing drafts you approve, not a guarantee of the result.

Connected services

PLGN works alongside services you bring or connect: your AI assistant, the social platforms you post to, and Kashier, which processes payments. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Plans, billing, and paying again

Paid plans are billed through Kashier in the currency of your billing country: Egyptian Pounds (EGP) if that country is Egypt, US Dollars (USD) for every other country. You pay once, in advance, for one period, at the price shown at checkout. We store no card details and we never charge you again by ourselves: when a period ends, it ends. Prices outside Egypt are shown and agreed in USD, and charged through Kashier as the equivalent amount in EGP at the exchange rate shown at checkout; your bank may apply its own conversion or cross-border fee on top.

To carry on, pay again for a new period before the current one ends. We email the workspace owner a reminder 7 days and 1 day before that date. There is nothing to cancel: if you do not want to continue, simply do not pay again. A new workspace starts with a free trial of 14 days, and no card is asked for.

When a period ends, nothing is deleted, and you can come back at any time. Everything in your workspace stays readable and downloadable on the dashboard, but nothing can be created or edited, and neither a connected AI assistant nor the desktop app can use PLGN, until you pay for a new period. Moving to a lower plan is bought now and starts when the period you have paid for ends. Payments are non-refundable, see the Refund Policy for the full detail.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use PLGN for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive, or to produce content that is;
• resell or provide the service to others except as your plan allows;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the service in a way that breaches the rules of a connected AI or social platform.

Availability

We work to keep PLGN available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or add features, and perform maintenance, as the service develops.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using PLGN at any time: simply do not pay for another period.

A workspace owner can also delete the workspace outright, from Settings → Workspace. That really deletes it — the content in it is removed from our database, the workspace is closed, connected AI clients are signed out, and the account of anyone who was only in that workspace is deleted too. It cannot be undone. Your pictures are in your own Cloudinary account: we try to delete the plgn folders we created there and tell you what we removed, but anything you moved elsewhere in that account remains yours to delete.

Four things are kept after a deletion. Your payment records and receipts, because they are financial records we are required to keep; a one-way code derived from your email address recording that it may not start another free trial, so a free trial is offered once per address; the record of PLGN's AI use in plgn desk, which is each chat's name, which AI models answered and what it cost in points, never the conversation; and the saved research reads, with what came back. The code is kept for the owner who deletes the workspace, and for any other deleted account whose address had already used a free trial. You may start a new subscription at any time. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLGN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that governs them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page, continuing to use PLGN after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the competent Egyptian courts. This English version is the governing text; any translation is provided for convenience only.
