The terms you agree to when you use PLGN.

What PLGN is

PLGN is a marketing workspace and an MCP server that your own AI assistant connects to. It drafts posts, generates images, and proposes a schedule; you review, edit, and approve everything. PLGN never publishes anything on your behalf without your action.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for everything done under your login. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. Tell us promptly at the support address below if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into PLGN and the content your assistant drafts for you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so the service can work for you.

You are responsible for what you publish. You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload, and that your content and its publication do not break the law or the rules of the social networks you post to.

AI-generated material

Drafts and images produced with AI can be inaccurate or unsuitable, and similar output may be generated for other users. Review everything before you publish it. PLGN is a tool for producing drafts you approve, not a guarantee of the result.

Connected services

PLGN works alongside services you bring or connect — your AI assistant, the social platforms you post to, and Kashier, which processes payments. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Plans, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through Kashier. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are non-refundable — see the Refund Policy for the full detail.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use PLGN for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive, or to produce content that is;
• resell or provide the service to others except as your plan allows;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the service in a way that breaches the rules of a connected AI or social platform.

Availability

We work to keep PLGN available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or add features, and perform maintenance, as the service develops.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using PLGN and close your account at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLGN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that governs them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use PLGN after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the competent Egyptian courts. This English version is the governing text; any translation is provided for convenience only.
