How billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

In short
PLGN subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How billing works
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through Kashier. You are charged at the start of each billing period, and the subscription renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel.
Refunds
Charges for the current and any past billing periods are non-refundable, including for time you did not use. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a period that has already been billed.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings in the app, or by emailing the support address below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your access, and everything in your workspace, remains available until then, and you are not charged again.
Billing errors and exceptions
If you are charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us within 14 days and we will put it right. We also honour any refund right that applies to you under Egyptian law. Any refund we do issue is returned through Kashier to the original payment method.
