Is this another AI tool I have to learn?
No. Download the desktop app and sign in, then pick a job from a menu. Or plug PLGN into the AI app you already use by pasting one link into its settings. Either way, no code.

Will it post to my accounts without me?
No. PLGN cannot publish anywhere. Every post starts on your board as a draft, nothing is scheduled or changed until you say yes to your AI, and you publish each post yourself.

So how do I publish a post?
Open the post on your board, copy the text, save the picture, and publish it on your platform as usual. PLGN gets the month ready. You press publish.

What if a post doesn't sound like my brand?
The check does not judge tone. It does two exact things: it stops any post with a banned word, and any post over the platform's length limit, and tells you which rule and by how much. Your voice is saved once, so every post starts from it. You can read every draft on your board, and nothing is scheduled until you say yes to your AI.

What if a whole batch comes out wrong?
One request takes the last batch back. You choose: unschedule it or delete it. Anything already published is never touched.

Does it write Arabic?
Yes. Arabic, English, or both for the same brand. It learns how your brand writes, formal or Egyptian, from your website and from posts you give it.

Can I reuse content I already have?
Yes. Give it a blog post, a case study or any text, and it turns it into posts for each platform. It can also bring back your strongest older posts, rewritten.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?
Not for the desktop app: its AI is built in and runs on your plan's points. If you plug PLGN into Claude or ChatGPT instead, usually yes: most AI apps keep connectors for their paid plans, about $20 a month. That app does the writing, and PLGN adds the brand memory, the quality check, the pictures and the calendar.

What is a point?
Points pay for pictures and for plgn's built-in AI in the desktop app. You see what a picture costs before any point is spent, and PLGN tells you when a post is better with no picture at all. Writing posts with your own AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT) never uses points, and you can buy more at any time.

I manage several clients. Does it keep them apart?
Yes. Each brand has its own voice, campaigns, banned words and calendar, and only the people you invite can see your workspace.

What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged. When your trial or your plan ends, nothing is deleted: your posts, brands and knowledge stay on plgn, and you can come back any time. Until you subscribe, plgn stops answering your AI tool and the desktop app; the dashboard stays open to read your work and export it.

How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. You pay for one period at a time, we keep no card, and we never charge you again by ourselves. We email you 7 days and 1 day before a period ends.

Who can see my brand's information?
Only the people you invite to your workspace. When a picture is made, only that picture's prompt is sent to the image service. When the desktop app's AI answers, the chat goes through OpenRouter, and the quality check sends a draft and the brand's rules to TypeSafe to score. This site has no advertising or analytics trackers.
